Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the https://www.standbymate.com website (“Service” “StandByMate”) operated by StandByMate OÜ ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
You may not, without Supplier’s prior written consent, access the Services if you are a competitor of StandByMate to monitor the availability, performance or functionality of the Service or for other benchmarking or competitive purposes.
1. Overview and scope
1.1.StandByMate is an online platform for hiring Electrical workers of any kind. Registered recruiters can search for available registered candidates based on location and other criteria.
1.2.Registered candidates can create profiles and are solely responsible for the content they provide in their profile.
1.3.StandByMate offers a platform that connects Electrical workers with recruiters.
2.1. Three types of users can use the Service:
2.2. Registered recruiter (“Recruiter”) can search for available candidates based on location and other criteria. Recruiter can see candidates’ names and full profiles. Recruiter can send job offers to selected candidates and hire candidates who have accepted the job offer.
2.3.Registered users are responsible for maintaining the security of their user account, and must immediately notify us in case their account is used in any unauthorized way or any other breaches of security occur.
3.1.Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)") for Recruiters. The following Recruiter features are available on a subscription basis: creating a company account; viewing candidates full profiles; receiving contact details of candidates.
3.2.To start a subscription, Recruiter accepts the monthly subscription fee.
3.3.We retain the right to authorize your payment method with a nominal amount, not to exceed 1€ or a similar sum in your payment method’s local currency.
3.4.Subscription can be cancelled in the Billing section of the Service. The user can use the Service until the end of the pre-paid subscription period. We do not offer any refunds.
4.1.Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("Content"). You are solely responsible for the Content you provide.
4.2. You may not post, link, store, share and otherwise make available Content that you are not the sole exclusive owner of; and Content that infringes any laws, regulations or third parties in any way. We retain the right to remove and delete any Content that does not comply with these Terms.
4.3. We retain a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the Content for the purpose of displaying, distributing, promoting, marketing or any other lawful use.

7.1. We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7.2. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 14 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
